1 Introduction

Welcome to mtown888 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"), operated under the domain mtown888.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between mtown888 and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the mtown888 platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, applications, and services.

By creating an account on mtown888 or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the mtown888 platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To create and maintain an account on mtown888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum. We actively verify age as part of the KYC process and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are not a resident of or located in a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited or where your use of the Platform would be unlawful.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Proxy registrations are strictly prohibited.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on mtown888 or any other gambling platform through which mutual exclusion agreements may be in effect.
• You have not been notified by mtown888 that your account has been permanently closed.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of mtown888 or its affiliated companies, unless express written permission has been granted.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

You may only hold one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. Registering duplicate accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms. mtown888 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and identity verification to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. mtown888 is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

4.2 KYC Verification

mtown888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with responsible gambling standards and anti-money laundering obligations. KYC is required before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered by certain deposit thresholds or account activity flags.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

• Identity Document: Valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad / NRIC), Driver's Licence, or Passport.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, taken specifically for mtown888's verification team.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a request from mtown888 will result in withdrawal suspension. Accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed may be permanently closed and balances returned to the source of deposit.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes — secure and confidential. You must not share your account with any other person. mtown888 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to maintain credential security. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mtown888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including FPX bank transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT). All available methods are listed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account dashboard.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. Deposits are credited to your account upon successful payment confirmation. mtown888 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges for which mtown888 accepts no liability.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including those from family members — are prohibited unless express written approval is obtained from our compliance team. Deposits identified as originating from third parties may be frozen pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. mtown888 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for local bank transfers under normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary based on payment provider performance, compliance review requirements, or Force Majeure events.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete. Additionally, where a Bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable Wagering Requirement must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from that Bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A wager is only deemed accepted once the Platform has confirmed it and issued a bet reference number. Bets placed on markets that have already closed, or on events that have already concluded, are void. mtown888 reserves the right to refuse any wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

6.2 Odds and Pricing Errors

In the event of a manifest pricing error — whether caused by a system fault, data feed failure, or human input error — mtown888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. "Palpable error" is defined as odds that are materially and obviously inconsistent with fair market pricing at the time of the event. Winnings derived from palpable errors will not be honoured.

6.3 Live Betting

In-play bets are accepted up to the moment the relevant market is suspended by mtown888's trading system. During live events, odds and markets may be suspended at any time. Any bet placed after market suspension will be automatically voided and stakes returned. mtown888 provides real-time odds on football markets including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, Asian Handicap, and Over/Under markets, as well as UFC, basketball, and other events.

6.4 Void Events and Settlements

If an event is abandoned, cancelled, or otherwise fails to be completed within the timeframe required for settlement, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players. Specific sporting rules governing individual markets — such as the number of innings required for a baseball bet to stand — are available within the applicable sport's betting rules documentation on the Platform.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards offered by mtown888 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms attached to any promotion before opting in. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of gameplay on the Platform.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Qualifying game types and contribution percentages vary by promotion — please review the specific promotion terms to understand which games count towards rollover completion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

mtown888 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in immediate account suspension, bonus cancellation, and forfeiture of associated winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus terms through matched or hedged betting.
• Deliberately structuring gameplay to meet rollover requirements through low-risk or near-zero-variance betting patterns.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion.

7.4 Promotional Modification and Withdrawal

mtown888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has commenced but not completed the applicable wagering requirement, mtown888 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and will honour rollover progress accrued prior to withdrawal of the promotion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mtown888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and legal action where warranted:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players, game operators, or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or event.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to mtown888 immediately at [email protected].
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory while misrepresenting your location through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.
• Engaging in harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed at Platform staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Creating or using an account if you are a minor or if you are subject to a self-exclusion order.

9 Responsible Gambling

mtown888 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. We recognise that for a small minority of players, gambling can become problematic. Our Responsible Gambling tools are available to all Players at all times and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request your information be added to our exclusion register. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period specified.

10 Privacy & Data

In summary, mtown888 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data to third-party advertisers. Data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the mtown888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the mtown888 brand mark — is the exclusive property of mtown888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mtown888.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mtown888 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, or Touch 'n Go eWallet.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events outside mtown888's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by Players based on odds information displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mtown888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by mtown888

mtown888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• KYC requirements have not been satisfied within the required timeframe.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed us to do so.
• Continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

13.2 Closure by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding Wagering Requirements must be completed or forfeited. Remaining real-money balances (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete rollover) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination — whether initiated by mtown888 or the Player — all licences and permissions granted under these Terms will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 11, 12, and 15) shall continue in full force and effect.

14 Amendments to These Terms

mtown888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file, an in-platform notification, or by prominently displaying a notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. mtown888 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

Players agree to resolve any dispute with mtown888 in the first instance through our internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within three (3) business days and aim to resolve matters within fourteen (14) business days of acknowledgement.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties may seek resolution through appropriate legal or regulatory channels. mtown888 does not submit to any particular national court's exclusive jurisdiction by operation of these Terms and reserves all rights in this regard.
